vt72x: Mass Edit not able to clear reference fields

1. Create an Organisation
2. Create 2 Contacts that relate to the Organisation
3. Go to the list of Contacts and choose to Mass Edit them
4. Try to remove the Organisation in Mass Edit; you can't. You can replace it with another Organisation, but you can't delete it.
