Can't do a mass edit that disables a checkbox field

A common scenario is this: you have a list of products and you want to set Product Active to No (uncheck the checkbox of the field):

In vtiger 6 it was possible by selecting the records, going to mass edit, checking the checkbox, unckecking it again and saving.

That doesn't work in vtiger 7, you get the following message if you try that:

I think that feature should be back. It's pretty useful for scenarios like the mentioned above.
