vt71: Customer Portal not respecting Privileges setting
I created a new Role and associated a user with this role specifically for the Customer Portal.
In this user's Role, I removed the ability to use Export and Import.
However, when I login to the Portal, I can still use the Export Tickets option.
Also, I had to manually change the userid in the vtiger_customerportal_prefs table as already reported in #469 (closed).
