Potentials Filtering Malfunction in Quotes/Sales Order Modules When Account is Selected: Displays All Potentials Instead of Only Those Related to the Selected Account

Description: In the Quotes and Sales Order modules, there is a filtering issue when selecting Potentials after choosing an Account. The expected behavior is that upon selecting an Account, the Potentials list should be filtered to only show those records related to the chosen Account. However, the filtering functionality is not working as intended, and all Potentials are displayed regardless of their relationship with the selected Account.

Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the Quotes or Sales Order module. Create a new quote/order or edit an existing one. Select an Account in the relevant field. Attempt to select a Potential. The list should be filtered based on the previously selected Account.

Expected Behavior: After selecting an Account, the Potentials list should automatically filter to only display records related to the selected Account.

Current Behavior: The Potentials list does not filter according to the selected Account. Instead, it displays all available Potentials, complicating the selection process and potentially leading to incorrect Potential assignments.

I already find a fix.

$adb Object Returns null Instead of Boolean in modules/Vtiger/helpers/Util.php

So it sees a problem with adb. Here the fix, but just wit h passing the $row (0) in this case. should work.
