vt7.3 - Merge records does not update new relations or custom module relations

When you merge 2x records together, if a new relation to that module has been added (using a related field uitype 10), then this new relation is not updated if it relates to the record being merged. Also if you add a custom module, then no relations to that module (using related fields uitype 10) are updated.
