Vt7.2: Report sharing dropdown shows the current user as well, for the report owner

While creating a report, under the "Share report" option even the current user is listed.

If the owner selects himself under the share report option, the sharetype gets set to private.

Based on user feedback:

• they expect the reports to be private if no user is selected under "Share report" option
• there should be an option "All", which is equivalent to sating that the report is public
• the current user/owner user should not be listed in the dropdown
