vt7.0 - Dashboard History Widget gives Users access to Emails linked to records they are not able to access.

We have Users with specific roles, that have limited privileges so they cannot access certain modules & records. However if they add the 'History' widget on the dashboard and select 'All' they are able to see Emails that are linked to records that they do not have access to. The emails contain data that they should not be able to see raising serious privacy/security concerns.
