Security: Email Attachment are stored in publicly accessible folder
Attachments to e-mails are saved in a publicly accessible folder (what’s the point? Since you don’t have any tools to monitor unauthorized attempts to access this folder, the administrator will never detect the problem)

Is it possible to not store the Email attachments by default? Or even the Emails.
We can save the Email subject and recipient/from details. When an Email record is clicked to view, then we fetch the Email contents via imap. The reason being, there is so much of security in place when Emails or any other Messaging platform is considered. Such as encryption of the message, 2FA access to emails, Monitoring of Email access etc. for which people pay. But if we save those Emails saved in CRM, it becomes ironic to customer.
Similarly, it would just show that the Email has attachments, and you can download them. But if you want to save then in CRM, there would be an option "Save attachments".
Any thoughts?
