Merge branch 'en_gb_language-fixes' into 'master'

Minor change - Recent Updates to Updates - clashed with next tab

Sorry Uma - I found one more annoying issue. In British English the title of the ModTracker tab was "Recent Updates" not "Updates". This sometimes caused it to crash into the next tab label when the record numbers were included.
