Include max_input_vars in Pre-requisites?

The default apache max_input_vars is 1000, which is sufficient for the installation. However, as the database grows (users/roles/groups/sharing rules/line items) the 1000 is not enough execute certain actions as mentioned in #775 (closed) and #415 (closed).

We see that quite often and I wonder if it would make sense to add max_input_vars to the Pre-Requisites list and suggest a higher value?

Compute on client before submit can be better instead.

Limits are based on usage:

• If 70+ line items are added in Inventory form inputs gets bigger.
• As more custom modules are added Profile inputs gets bulky.
