when we update the fields from the workflow it is displaying along with the ##

Steps to reproduce

• login
• navigate to the contact fields
• create the multi-select combo custom fields with one default value
• now navigate to the workflow
• select the contact module
• add the condition -ref
• and in action, select the update field
• to update the field select the firstname -ref
• and then to update from the field select the custom created multi-select combo-ref
• click on save
• now navigate to the contact
• create the new contact by applying condition -ref
• click on save
• first name is updated from the workflow
• but displaying along with ##-ref
