Add "every 4 months" frequency to recurring invoices in Sales Orders

I've been asked by a customer to add a "every 4 months" frequency option to the recurring invoice generation in the Sales Orders module:

I think it is not a common option in the US for example. But at least in Mexico it is.

It's a fairly easy change to do. Let me know if you'd be willing to take a MR for this.

I don't think Mexico is the only country on earth that uses 4-month periodicity. Furthermore, users that don't need that option can just delete the list item. It's not like they are forced to use it. Would you at least accept the change in the code without adding the extra list option?

Uma, could we add the list item to the Frequency picklist? If so, where should that be done?

@ruben.estrada I am not sure i understood your point right, Just for adding value to picklist you can make use of Settings> Picklist Field Values right?

@uma.s what I wanted to ask is if we can add it to the picklist so that it is there as an option by default. Otherwise no one would know it exists.

@ruben.estrada We need to check with the number of requirements to introduce this new picklist value. As of now we got this requirement only from your end.

For now you can go with instance customization, going ahead we can finalize to introduce this value to core.
