vt71: Customer Portal Settings Bug

You cannot save the Customer Portal Settings when there is a mandatory field not selected EVEN when you uncheck the entire module.

The problem here is I made a field in the Invoice module mandatory which wasn't already selected in the Portal configuration but notice I have unchecked Invoices completely.
