Fix #1289 : List View Actions button etc are a bit higher than normal and are butting up against the main action bar / Missing styles.css.map files.

Removing *.css.map files - not needed in the source. Also recommit the all the styles.css(no diff except for spacing)

Fixes for Mobile Responsive layout - updated Styles.less to remove borderbottom for nav-tabs and also include missing styles from vtiger/master.
