We believe that commit #eca58551 will only solve the issue when saving the amount for the first time.

This fix should solve it for re-saving the number of sub-products.

The reason is that modules/Products/actions/RelationAjax.php will check the request for the record and relatedModule.

FIX: Pre Tax Total difference between edition mode and saved mode

There's a difference between edition mode and saved mode with Pre Tax Total value.
It seems the Pre Tax Total is correct when in editing mode of the quote/invoice and changed to the Total with Tax value when quote/invoice is saved.
