[V7.4] Error on report creation DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string

I'm getting this error also when I create reports at last step, however the report does created:

System Environment is PHP 7.3.33 | Apache | MySQL 5.7.32-35-log

Newer updates: 7.3 original installation, then upgraded to 7.4. However with a newer installation of 7.4, this also occurred previously with new installation of 7.4. Maybe something was wrong in the settings in somewhere of the database ?
