Fixing vTiger Mobile Responsive layout

Hi,

These are fixes for mobile responsive layout - bootstrap. Currently if you open vtiger on the phone, it is unusable. The fixes which I have done will enable the user to use the menu, detail view and edit view on mobile devices.
