es_mx translation improvments

@uma.s I couldn't find the zip files for the language packs. Were those removed?

@ruben.estrada It's there in packages/vtiger/optional folder, We will be packaging this pre-release.

@uma.s oh, yes. I totally forgot. Is there a chance we might get rid of those zip files and put all language files in the languages folder (like in the en_us case) from the very beginning? I don't see the point in having zip files that are always going to be extracted to the language folder.

@ruben.estrada Yes! I do agree with you in getting rid of zip files. Will be addressing this in next release
