Vt7.2: permission denied error in report, if shared with owner user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a user let us say user1
2. login as user1 and create a report, under the Share report option, select user1. Save the report.
3. Login as admin user
4. The report will be listed under listview, but when opened, gives permission denied error

This is partially related to #1261 (closed)

If the report sharetype is being set as private, then it should not appear in the listview as well.
