fix dates filter issues on #1666 and #1638

I tried this fix and the data selection in the listview is not working on my install (where I originally noticed）. Does this fix apply to the listview or this is for a different issue ?

I tried on the demo.vtiger.com and that one is also not working. Is the demo site based on latest formal release 7.4 or master ?

There is another thing, with the listview, if the date filter is on the far right, the popup is not fully visible.

Hi Wei I've applied the patch to various vtiger 7.3, 7.4 and it works, please check again after deleting the cache.

Thank you very much! After Removing cache the filter function does work now, this is great. I imaging people can live with the popup not visible issue by not having it on the far right. Should I keep it here or should I move to a separate issue ?
