Bug for relatedlistquery

Solution would fail when (fieldname != columname). Need regression.

@prasad It fails in original code. The fix solves an issue when fieldname != columname.

TODO: Identify test cases that worked and failed without fix.

@prasad here is a test: I've created a custom module with a uitype 10 field linked to a contact and with send email action. When I click send mail, the "To" field is not autofilled correctly with contact email. This happens only before its4you correction, after it works.

Also look at most of the UIType 57 fields. columnname != fieldname, i.e.

SELECT * FROM `vtiger_field` WHERE columnname != fieldname AND tablename != 'vtiger_crmentity'

@apparao Could you please comment as to why this is now closed? Was it addressed by a different commit perhaps?
