PBX Manager error 500 in edit

Hello,

I have an issue with PBX Manager, when i edit a Quote (and maybe other élément, i have not try), i see an error 500: see below for the call stack:

it's strange because the url of the GET is not good, but the good one is correctly filled in registration part :

ps: The PBXManager is disabled

Can you help me ?
