vTiger 7.0 bug - Discount Fields disappear from Quote Module

In Manage Layout and Module, on module Quote, the discounts are no more available. These fields are not in "hiddend fields" and I can't add other fields in "Item infomarmation". I can see regurally the discount fileds on other module, "Items, Invoice, Purchase Order".

How can resovle?
