vt7: popup.js all over the place in Inventory modules....

I've just installed a clean vt7 from today's most recent pull.

The file Popup.js is in layouts/v7/modules/Quotes/ when I would expect it to be in the /resources sub-directory.

Popup.js is in the /resources directory for Sales Orders and Invoices.

Yet in layouts/v7/modules/Inventory/resources/ are two files popup.js and Popup.js.

WTF ??????
