vt7 - Module Manager not possible to update modules

Checkbox for allow overwrite folder of module in case module already extist not show, so not allow to click update now button

The update now button is disabled when the module has license information. We need to show the checkbox so the user can accept the license. See !207 (merged)

I think we need the checkbox because the license could change from version to version of the module, in that scenario make sense to ask the user to accept the license if they are updating to a new version of the module.
