vt7: Innapropriate content on Login screen

This is the "Open Source" version of vtiger. Yet, on the login screen is a link to an article about a new module called "Forecasts and Quotas". This module is not, as I understand it, being provided with vtiger Open Source.

This will confuse the hell out of end users...

We added this section to keep users updated about popular CRM features, and best practices. We will change the title to clearly communicate if feature is only available in the Cloud edition.
