vt7 dev release - Import goes "mad"

Import goes mad only with a few 5000 records.

Special attention here as problems in systems will start right from here.

Import large data will result in duplicated status even if you skip them in case they are duplicated.

Also should be possible to import all data without have to skip if same status or priority

Closing this as #450 (closed) is the reason of the mess
