Can not upload images and document in Dashboard

Hello, I have download vtiger v6.4 from your website. I have successfully installed it on my server. But when i upload any image via vtiger portal like company logo or product image it is returning blank page and images are also not getting uploaded . i have tried uploading in other host also but still its not getting uploaded.
