Regression in currency field handling since 6.5.0 release

This looks like a really nasty little regression...

Since upgrading to version 6.5.0 editing the "Amount" field in Opportunities won’t allow you to input a comma as a separator.

However, when you save the record it inserts a comma. If you then try to save the record again it treats it as an illegal entry. Therefore, every time you save the record you will have to go through the same process. This was not the case in 6.4.0.

This also applies to things like Products. So if you have any products worth 1000 or more then every time you open the record for editing you cannot save it without removing the comma first.

My test Users have the Decimal Separator as "." and Digit Grouping Separator as ","

This bug applies to clean 6.5.0 installations as well as migrated systems.
