Problem on users visibility based on "Can Assign Records To" set to "Users having Same Role or Subordinate Role" in role configuration
Having multiple roles on the same level (i.e. under the same parent role) there is a problem when "Can Assign Records To" is set to "Users having Same Role or Subordinate Role" 
Users with role SP1 can assign entities to SP2 and vice versa.
That's intended in the code. Actually the corresponding function is called: getSameLevelUsersWithSubordinates()
and the label should be "Users having Same Level or Subordinate Role"
We need a new feature to allow strictly same role user and a new option like this:
