Shared Lists: Only 10 lists are displayed

Use Case:

1. As User1, create 12 lists & share with "All Users".

2. As User1, under "My List" 10 lists are visible & there's an option to show "2 more". (Works as expected)

3. As User1, under "Shared List", 1 list is visible & there's an option to show "2 more". (This option should not be there, because there's only 1x shared for the user and clicking on "2 more" does not show additional lists).

4. As User2, under "Shared List" , 10 lists are visible & there is NO option to show "2 more". (The issue seems to be related to toggleFilterSize).

This issue was introduced in v750 I believe.
