Inactive PriceBooks are displayed on the Quote/Invoice/SO

Issue

Inactive PriceBooks can be selected in a Quote/Invoice/SO.

Steps to replicate

1. Create Active PriceBook
2. Add a product to the Active PriceBook
3. Update PriceBook to Inactive
4. Start a Quote, Add Product > Click on PriceBook Icon > Inactive PriceBook is available for selection.
