creator of records set to "Administrator" if a workflow that updates a field is present and executes at record creation regardess of what user created the record

This issue is related to #843

To recreate the bug:

1. Create a workflow that updates a field on ticket (could be any other module) creation.
2. Create a ticket with a non-admin user.
3. Go to the updates section and you'll see that the creator of the record is set to Administrator.

Below an image where the user demo created the record but the updates show Administrator as creator:

@lord_alan are you suggesting this is already fixed by this: 9ad62348 ?

To be honest I didn't try to reproduce the bug in the latest available version. Just in 7.1 and 7.3. Sorry for my laziness.
