Backport PHPMailer CVE-2016-10033 Fix
I backport the required changes to close this exploit door to the used PHPMailer version in VtigerCRM.
Maybe also the latest PHPMailer version could be used in Vtiger 7.
But I cannot check if everything is working at the moment with latest version and want to provide a 6.5 compatible solution.
