7.3 Validation: Documents module functionality broken.

On the test system I created a Lead.

I added a document via the Summary page widget.

When I click the Preview icon the popup doesn't display anything.

When I click the download file option I go to a white screen of death.

The "View File" button is missing from Detail View. There is no obvious way to retrieve the attached document.

@lord_alan Yes! I could reproduce this issue on given demo instance, But was not on local instance. Locally this works fine. Let me debug this on demo instance.

I could notice that fileId and name missing in given Download url.

@lord_alan This is due to the server configuration mis-match between demo and local setup. Where in the demo setup short_open_tag is turned 'On' which leads to breakage in Image validation and fails to upload file.

Standard Vtiger Configuration expects it to be 'Off'. For now i have addressed this issue we are making a deep dive on configuration details on demo server.
