Migration version 8.1.0 and 8.2.0 not applied with 8.3.0

via developer list. The function Migration/models/Module::getAllowedMigrationVersions() should be updated to include the migration scripts from 8.0 to 8.1, 8.1 to 8.2 and 8.2 to 8.3.
