SMS sent through workflow miss relation
If we process an sms through workflow in module HelpDesk there are two problems:
1 - The sms record doesn't get related to contact.
2 - If the intention is to relate the sms to the Trouble Ticket record, the relation of SMS is missing.
Like #492 (closed) makes sense to relate the sms to Trouble Ticket record but i think in this case would be preferable to relate the sms to contact
