Picklist Value Colouring Bug

Hello,

When i add a picklist value like this :

Issue with Hover and placement of new object : Placement :

On hover on Brain networks :

it deseapear with a blank line , compare with placement screen :)

And see configuration editor for picklist :

When i remove the class CSS in new élément, it's works fine. Why during migration, The CSS class is not créated for the old élément ?

Observation: When color chosen is white for picklist value (it gets applied to background). It clashes with onhover color of select2

@prasad this patch doesn't fix multi-select picklists. It does the same thing when a value is saved with #FFFFFF - you can't see the value when you hover over it.

@prasad I Just tested this on a dev system and the same patch should be applied to the Vtiger_Multipicklist_Field_Js() class in Field.js and the Multipicklist.tpl template file.
