My Dashboard tab increased when new user is added.

I added new user to default install and found My Dashboard increased for other existing user (randomly)

@prasad or just when you change Calendar Hour Format for user also in user calendar settings, see:

@manuelgit - you are right, when user-preference / calendar settings is saved there seem to increments on the dashboard tab.
