vt71 mobile bug: picklist defaults not working

If default value of picklist in crm is set to be (Status in HelpDesk for example) In Progress, when create new helpdesk record in Module/Mobile, default value is always the first value and not the predefined value in crm.

Also for Assigned To user that is always necessary to select. Should pick the logged user. Related to #729 (closed)

@prasad that doesn´t fix the "Assigned To" value that must be the default user Administrator. And allow to save with message assigned user_id does not have a value
