vt71 mobile bug: back button issue

on detailview back button ( ) replace menu button. This was annoiyng for many reasons: change module require too many actions and if i create new entity (for example new contact) back open editview. check video for detail: vokoscreen-2017-12-28_21-41-32.avi

@greencrm I repackaged all module zips. So please try with new installation
