vt7: Related Lists not sorted as List View

In List Views, the default sorting when you first load a List View is to show the newest (or most recently modfied?) records first.

In Related List Views there is no default sort and the effect of this is to show the oldest records first.

This is annoying to customers... Consider the related list of Opportunities for an Organisation for example. Why would you want to see the oldest Opportunities? Especially when you might have many pages of them this seems completely daft.
