vt7 migration didn't create entry in vtiger_app2tab for Extension module

I did a migration yesterday from vtiger 6.5.0 to 7.0.1.

The 6.5.0 version had our extension module GeoTools installed. After the migration the module didn't have an entry in the vtiger_app2tab table.

I had to add it manually.

GeoTools has a module type of Extension - I wonder if this the problem?

There are hundreds of installed instances of GeoTools :-(
