vt7: Document Deletion leaves file in storage/...

Create a new document and upload an attachment.

Then delete the Document.

The file will still be in in the storage directory. this is bad - we have some customers who have tens of Gigbytes of stored documents and if they remove some, they expect the disk usage on the server to go down too.
