Workflow -> Workflow Action -> Create Record can't assign to group

For a project workflow I can create a Workflow action to create a record in the Project Tasks module and assign to user without issue.

When I try and set "Assigned To:" to a group it saves to the com_vtiger_workflowtasks table with "fieldname":"assigned_user_id","value":null
