Import failing on CSV v 7.01

Hi, I have the same problem that has been reported previously about not being able to import CSV files. On import, I get this error

"Sorry! Attempt to access restricted file. - modules//.php"

I have tried applying http://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/commit/db200fe4d6158b23e5a8861d8c17faf3a0dc90a2 but no change.
