VT7.0.1 Read more and Roll-up not working on summary page comments

Two related issues:

The roll-up button on the comments doesn't toggle the mode to on. If you alter the data manually UPDATE vtiger_rollupcomments_settings SET rollup_status=1 WHERE rollupid=X; then the roll-up functionality works well. Once the roll-up functionality is enabled, you are able to toggle it off, but not back to on. When you click the button it switches to on, but no additional comments are made visible and refreshing the page sets it back to off.

On the summary pages the read more link on the comments doesn't appear to work. Clicking the link has no discernable action.

This is with an install of vTiger on Ubuntu 14.04, first installed as vTiger 6.5 and just upgraded to v7.0.1
