vt7: Extension banner show also 6.x extension

Extension banner show 6.x version compatible extenion in 7.x installation. It's also possible to buy it, but what if the extension is not compatible ?

this issue we had fixed partially @its4you. In home page, ads will display but in landing page we are stopping to install. As there is no check to validate whether extension ad is belonging to V6 / V7.
