vt7: Installation dies.

I just pulled the latest commit from gitlab and have gone through the normal installation process. (The last time I did this a few days ago it worked fine). This had the issue with the Foreign Keys #528 (closed).

This installation has failed at some point. When I try to view the home page I just get a blank screen. Please note; this install process worked on the exact same server a few days ago. But this time it has failed.

Turning on ALL errors reveals the problem...

Fatal error: Class 'Settings_ExtensionStore_Extension_Model' not found in .../modules/Users/views/Login.php on line 38

PLEASE can you test stuff before committing it.
