vt7 - Documents cannot be added from related modules

I detect an issue when I tried to upload a document from a module.

If I upload it from summary view it works correctly. But I cannot upload from related module. I miss the "Add Document", like last version.

Furthermore, i miss Select button when i select any language other than english. I think is a language problem, but i cant find the issue.
